What Matters to Me
Family and friends matter deeply to me.
So do honesty and kindness in the world.
I try to lead with empathy, realism, and respect for others. These values shape how I show up in my work and in my life.
Where I Come From
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, surrounded by diversity and different cultures. That environment taught me how to adapt, listen, and appreciate different perspectives.
Watching my mom consistently choose kindness and look for the best in people shaped the way I see the world. That example stays with me every day.
How I See Life
People often tell me they appreciate my realistic outlook on life.
I believe in being grounded, practical, and thoughtful while still leaving room for creativity and joy. I focus on what truly matters and let go of what does not.
How I Like to Work With People
When people work with me, I want them to feel motivated, uplifted, and inspired to move forward.
I value clarity, purpose, and collaboration. I enjoy helping others feel confident and excited about what they are creating or working toward.
How I Think About Creating Experiences
I am drawn to experiences that feel personal, purposeful, and quietly thoughtful.
I believe every choice should be intentional and every moment should earn its place. When people feel genuinely excited about what they are creating or hosting, meaningful moments naturally follow.
Why I Chose This Path
After leaving a career of 23 years, I found myself searching for motivation and direction.
With encouragement from my husband, I began planning something to support a nonprofit. Through that process, I realized how much joy and fulfillment I found in planning, organizing, and creating meaningful experiences.
That realization changed everything.
On Showing Up
I am inspired by creativity in all its forms and by the many people who bring ideas, perspectives, and beauty into the world.
This space is a reflection of who I am, what I value, and how I choose to show up.
Thank you for being here.
